Slimfast???

IS it true that you can use slimfast on the pre op milk diet........ That would be heaven :-) im day six and struggling ive just cooked the kids pizza!!!!! NO I DIDNT EAT ANY honest, and why cant we have cup a soups???? Being banded tuesday nervous very nervous but cant wait to start loosing weight, good luck everyone:-):-)

Not sure what a pre-op milk diet is. Every doctor has a different diet they want you to follow. I was allowed to have the high protein, low carb version of Slimfast.

Slim fast really has a lot of sugar in it. Try eas carb control it has less then 1 gram of sugar in it.

did you dr give you a list of what you could have or couldnt have?

the best person to ask would be them.

i was told no sugar so slimfast was a no for me.

The Atkins protein shake is really good as well, it has 1 gm of carbs I think.
