That's good!!! I feel like a newbie too!!! It's such a lifestyle change as far as eating!! But, I'm going to tackle it and win!!! How are you adjusting ?

I am adjusting pretty good. I guess because I have been on liquds since October 5? So I guess I am just used to it but I can't wait to eat chicken and salmon!!

Since it has been a while since you were banded, perhaps a visit with your doctor would be helpful too. You may need a fill to help your band support you more. I am glad you are back and things are going well. :)
