Really Upset

So today is my 3 weeks banded day. Stepped in the scale today and it didn't move from last week. I am so upset. Why in the world did I not lose. I walked, I ate... So frustrating!

Seriously? Contrary to many posts on this site the band does not mean you loose weight daily or even weekly. Just wait until you are stuck for a month.

Don't mean to sound B&*(*)( y but this won't be the last time that happens.

Banana,

Water retention? I am yet to get banded, but I probably would have cried.

Maybe your body is adjusting to the 20lb you already lost. Better luck next weeky

I am Day 25 post op. I lost 9lbs at day 7 and at 3 weeks I gained 1 lb.

I'm not looking forward to really losing too much weight til after my first fill.

Due to all the feedback I have read I think its pretty norm.

Your first 4-6 weeks you do not need to focus on losing - honestly. Now is focusing on healing. Just keep following your doctor's guidelines and you will be fine. Please don't fret or stress you body is still healing.
