Hello everyone!!!! I just had my lap band surgery on 10/3 last Wednesday and I am here at the doctors office for a Post-Op class and as much as I didn't want to get on the scale they made me I just felt like it was too soon!!! So the results were in 5 days I have lost 12 pounds!!!!!!!! I am beyond excitedddd!!!!!!!! Woohoo!!!

Congratulations! You're doing great. Keep up the good work by staying on course. Its easy to go back to our old habits and eat. Defeat this feeling and mindset.
