Calories?

How many calories are most people on here eating in an average day? I'm still new (2 months banded) and trying to figure out all the numbers.

Between 900-1100 calories a day seem to keep me losing. I'm not measuring precisely, just eyeballing it.

I was told not over 1200 but my weight has stalled so at my next appt. I'm going to ask the nutritionist specifically about that.

I shoot for the 1200 mark

1000 worked for me i think because I wasn't very active for a long time into my journey... I averaged 10 lbs a month. I weighed, measured and tracked everything I ate for the first 22 months. Now I am working on the last 10-20 lbs by just eyeballing it and making good choices because I don't want to live the rest of my life as disciplined as I have been. I know what my limits are and listen to my band tell me when to stop. And it does.

Okay, thanks, I'm on target. Just trying to make sure. Thanks!
