Myoplex light is good. I've heard people say there is a good shake that you can get at Costco but I forget the name.

Myoplex light is good. I've heard people say there is a good shake that you can get at costco but I forget the name.

Where do they sell myoplex?

I get it at the local grocery store in the personal care aisle (or wherever they put the "diet stuff.") Myoplex Lite is a couple of hundred calories and comes in silver 4-packs of those little rectangular boxes. Usually along side the Myoplex is another kind by the same company called EAS Carb Control shake. Those are only 100 calories apiece so I get those. If I'm not getting enough Protein for the day I'll down one. Hope this helps.

D.

The best tasting one I've had so far is the Slim Fast Low Carb.

Where do they sell myoplex?

I've gotten it at CVS or Walgreens and I think GNC sells it.

I second the EAS carb control shakes. They are not super delicious but not bad at all. Make sure you shake it and drink it cold. I get them at Walmart.

The one from costco is called premier nutrition. I would recommend buying sample packs and testing as many as you can as protein shakes and taste buds vary widely person to person.
