I am very clueless when it comes to keeping track of grams of fat and protein and sugar and all that stuff ... If I wanted to eat healthy meals how many calories and calories from fat should I keep in mind

I am not sure about fat but you should be taking in about 1000-1200 calories per day and 50-60 grams of protein.

A really good way to keep track is with myfitnesspal.com...there is also an app for your phone

Really I'm in the liquid stage I'm only getting in like 630 calories and about 50gm of protein

take the total fat g and multiply it by 9 and that number should = the calories if it's higher than the actual calories that the fat content is way to high and should be avoided.

when I was in the liquid stage I had trouble getting calories in as well. I was worried, but my nutritionist said that was normal. Make sure you get your protein in though. I was told atleast 75 gm of protein. I used the Premier Protein Shakes, they're 30gm each. Good luck, it does get easier.
