    Hi everyone thanks so much! I was banded 3 years and 3 months ago. Slow and steady really wins the race with the band I tell you. Consistency has been key to my success! I check in with my doctor

    regularly too and if I feel like I need a fill I don't let that many weeks go by before I go get it. Just gotta stay on top of it! :D
