Bad Breath Anyone?

I'm a religious brusher, flosser & rinser! However this diet is giving me breath that offends me! Thought it was just me, however hubby got the nerve to tell me this morning. I'm mortified! Any suggestion or ideas on how I can fix this? Reading online it seems pretty common in a low carb (none for me) high protein diet.

Oh me too!! Bad breath from day one!! Was banded sept 6,2012 now it's getting better!

Yes!! I try staying hydrated to help with it and mints in my car!

I have also heard it may be from ketosis if your eating high protein/low carb foods constantly.

Keep breath mints/tic tacs in your purse, car, nightstand etc. so you'll have then when needed

It gets better when you get back on "regular" food. I had this after surgery and no matter how much I brushed, mouthwash, etc. I had a horrible taste in my mouth, etc. Since I have been back on regular food, it went away.
