I am on day 8 of my pre op and i can tolerate the lean body..it's getting old tho.my date is sept12:)

I drink myoplex lite. It's 170 calories 20g of protein. It tastes alright.

I like the lean body shakes but I really like muscle milk

The Labrada lean body made me sick to my stomach. I like the Myoplex regular and lite versions...thinking I'm just gonna stick with these two (choc version in reg and strawberry is tolerable in lite).

I love the the ready to drink Lean Body in strawberry. Tastes so good! But regularly I drink Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold Standard in strawberry. Its 24g of protein, 120 cals, and 1g of sugar. I drink it with almond milk (so it doesnt upset my stomach) and occasionally throw in there some fresh strawberries. Love it! :)
