Avo's are very healthy but they are also full of calories. Normally a serve of avo is 1/4 of a small one. They are definitely not an unlimited veggie.
Hi everyone I am having my Surgery September 13 and yesterday started my Pre-Op diet. I was just wondering I love Avacado in my salad is it counted as an unlimited veggie or a protien or is it even allowed?
