Scale

So, long story short, as of earlier this year I no longer own a scale. Now I'm about to go buy one. Problem is, I've always weighed something different on every one, my mom's, dad's, mine, doctor's. I'd like one that's pretty accurate and in line with at least my doctor's scale. Any suggestions? Lol, thanks guys!

I have the Weight Watchers scale and it's only 1 pound difference than my doctor's and the best part is that the 1lb is more, so when I get weighed at the doctor's office, it's always a pleasant surprise :)

The big picture is that even if you are using diff scales....try your best to focus on one scale. Its really not about a pound off either way but your consistency of progress.....good luck!!

I have a Tanita digital scale that measures body fat as well as weight. It is the same brand as the one in my doctor's office and it always matches theirs. I've had it for 10 years and it still works perfectly. BTW- Its the inexpensive one, nothing fancy besides the fat body fat measurement.

I say don't worry about it. I go by my scale! When I go to my NUT hers says one thing and an hour later I drive to my surgeons office and his says something wpelse. Remember that your weight fluctuates several times during the day so you may never be the same at home and then when you get to the doctor's office. I am a scaleaholic too and weigh myself everyday, but really count what happens each Monday.

It's all good. Believe in which ever you choose.
