Had my surgery yesterday and the nurse told me to do standing jumping jacks....just the arm movement. She said to do a set of 10 several times throughout the day and will say that it helps.

I had my surgery on Thursday, August 23rd. OMG yesterday I had so many regrets the most pain was in my abdomen and I did have some mild vomitting, but I took the suppositories to inhibit vomitting and I've not had any more vomitting issues. I finally took some of my liquid hydrocodone and it has relieved the pain in my abdomen. Feeling much better than yesterday and probably will be much better tomorrow. Hang in there it does get better, I even passed a little gas! LOL
