@duckydoom & cassiem93 I know the healing part really sucks but it really will be over sooner than you think I'm on day 7 and I feel 85% now but if you would have asked me on Fri I think I would have just cried Hang in there ladies there is light at the end of that tunnel(smile)

Boy, am I glad to hear it THe more I move around the better I feel, but I'm still only like 25% of what I'm usually able to be - I have to admit that's frustrating because I am so used to being the one in charge, lol. My husband is keeping the house clean for me, so that's pretty awesome

How was your 3rd day out? I hear that's the worst?

Finally I'm cleared and will be banded on August 28. Any advice? I'm getting nervous about the procedure now.

I think I fell off the list somehow.....I am august 27th

I am 2 days post op. Sore as heck. Lots of broth, tea, water and jello. Gas X strips, phenergan and hydrocodone. Can't bear my meds crushed, so I'm taking them one at a time, 10 minutes or so apart and cutting the bigger pills into small pieces.

I really want some real food!!! by the time I get done with this regime, I think I'll be a lot more appreciative of food than I ever have been before.

I felt a little better this morning. I ended up sleeping in a rocking chair last night and that helped. Having a hard time using the bathroom. I feel if I could just go I would be 100 xs better. Just taking my meds and relaxing as well as getting up and walking as much as I can. My husband is worried though because i'm sleeping alot and not hungry.

hang in there Dear heart it's so worth it it just sucks in the beginning i think day 2-3 were the worse and then I started to feel better each day after so hang in there you can do it
