My dr. Said no pre diet is needed. He said he argues with other doctors about it. All he told me was eat light for 3 days before surgery.

My surgeon said Clear liquids the day before. But I've been on Protein shakes, light salad and lots of chewable Vitamins to try and better myself prior to surgery. I only ahd to lose 12 pounds and I did that in 10 days but now I'm down close to 25 pounds. My surgery date is Aug 6 and I hope to be close to 30 pounds lighter.

Best wishes
