Protein Shake

Can someone recommend a good protein shake? I have not done protein shakes in some time and need to get back in the routine. I want something that actually tastes decent and does not cost a fortune.

I like Jay Robb's Whey Protein power! It mixes well and tastes like Ovaltine.

I tried just about every Protein powder/shake out there. My favorite is Pure Protein, you can buy at costo and sam's club and maybe online as well. I also like EAS carbadvantage, and Oh Yeah. Those you can find at grocery stores.

I also like Isopure from GNC, just not the Mango Peach flavor (nastiest stuff I've ever tasted). These are good if you don't like milky shakes, these are more like koolaid.

My advice is to get samples of lots of different types. Everyone is different and what one person loves another may hate. Hope you find something that you like, good luck.
