  1. So far I have only have lost about 50 lbs. I have found ways to "cheat" the band and consequently my weight has crept back up. Stick with the nutritionist advice!!

  3. Guess I'm doing ok. Need to jump back on that wagon! I need a good protein shake recommendation. Got any ideas??
  4. Can someone recommend a good protein shake? I have not done protein shakes in some time and need to get back in the routine. I want something that actually tastes decent and does not cost a fortune.

  6. I listen to pandora when working out. Find a group I like and turn it up. Right now I like smashing pumpkins.

  8. I have Blue Options and I was told that I was covered. I have not had surgery yet and they have not approved/denied yet, but they told me I was covered.
  9. I have my pre op appt with Dr Fuzz end of May. Why kind of questions should I bring to that appt? I feel like I have done tons of research and know a lot. I do not want to miss out on anything. Rebecca :thumbup:
  10. I do know that Dr Fuzz's staff do fills. You could call his office. Not sure of the phone number.
  11. Has anyone gone to see him at Baptist? I was wondering how good he was.
  12. I am in the beginning stages of the lap band procedure. My husband is very cautious and is wanting all kinds of information. I am hoping that this forum will help with that! Thank you for letting me join
