Can someone recommend a good protein shake? I have not done protein shakes in some time and need to get back in the routine. I want something that actually tastes decent and does not cost a fortune.

I have Blue Options and I was told that I was covered. I have not had surgery yet and they have not approved/denied yet, but they told me I was covered.

I have my pre op appt with Dr Fuzz end of May. Why kind of questions should I bring to that appt? I feel like I have done tons of research and know a lot. I do not want to miss out on anything. Rebecca :thumbup:

I do know that Dr Fuzz's staff do fills. You could call his office. Not sure of the phone number.

Has anyone gone to see him at Baptist? I was wondering how good he was.

I am in the beginning stages of the lap band procedure. My husband is very cautious and is wanting all kinds of information. I am hoping that this forum will help with that! Thank you for letting me join
