oh yeah. walmart has shakes called extreme whey (15 container) instead of 30 at bariatric center. 30 grams of Protein per scoop (mix w/ff milk add 8 more) or Water. both delish.

many flavors

i mix mine and put in freezer to reach nearly frozen or slush and it is like a thick milkshake. i swear if it wasnt for this shake, i would not have been able to do the pre/post op (each 2 week all liquids) diets.

now i can add fruit or a small dose of pnut butter . but each to their own.

hope this helps.

Doing ok, down to 255!!! as of yesterday. Started at 284 day of 1st dr. appt back in feb. Pretty bad port incision pain comes and goes. Bout "DONE" with the protein shakes.., bought 7 cases from Costco. The mistake I made was that I started replacing two meals with them even though doc didn't require any pro-op diet (except for the day before surgery), now I'm just sick of 'em. Been supplemting with Pacific brand Butternut squash soup & Campbell's Soup-At-Hand. Not very hungry ( but I can't wait to get my 1st fill and start trying to see what I can eat in the real world, healthy of course). Got a freezer full of morningstar products (which I already love)
