How much protein are you all getting in on a daily basics? I am getting in 56grams a day.

how are you getting in all your protein? shakes, mix-ins? and what brand are you using?

I get around 50 to 60 grm of protein a day based on fresh food within a 1000 calories roiughly.. seems fine for me and no nasty flavour shakes to try and down :)

What are some protein rich foods I can eat 2 weeks post-op?

2 weeks post, i was still on liquids.

3 week post, i was able to add oatmeal/grits (very runny)

i got my protein from my shakes.

now 4 weeks post, i get my protein from tuna, chicken (shredded like its tuba fish) beans, (and my shakes
