So I know about staying clear of bread, rice and pasta what about tortillas?

If you're trying to do low carb so avoiding those foods, I totally understand. However, do not think just because you have the band you can no longer physically eat bread, rice, and Pasta. Many people eat those thing after being banded.

I eat bread, pasta, rice, and tortillas regularly with no problem. I just take really tiny bites and chew my food well.

Some people, like me, physically can not eat them.

I hope you can.

I can eat a hard shell tortilla with small bites and chewing.

I can eat them but choose not to. I would rather spend that 100 calories on something I like more.

I'm almost six weeks post op and have had wheat bread, flour and corn tortillas, rice(had that 3 wks post op) and pasta. Just make sure you chew it well.
