Medicine Question

Before surgery I had to stop birth control which I was on to control awful cramps and pain. Now that I'm 3 weeks post op, what medicine can I take? I feel like falling over from cramp pain. Thanks everyone

Thanks. I can't get a hold of them today :(

You should really check with your doctor. I was on a whole slew of meds before my surgery and when I left, he gave me a detailed list of what to continue and what to stop. At my first post-op visit, we revisited the list and made adjustments as needed.

The medical practice should have 24/7 and holiday coverage for both emergencies and to address medical concerns.

Most practices only recommend tylenol, either liquid or the ones that are smaller than your pinky nail. Other types of medicines have things in them that may contribute to erosion.
