When/if Do You Stop Taking Vitamins Before Surgery(Preop)???

Hello, I start PreOp on Tuesday and just realized I had no information on when to stop, if I stop taking my vitamins before my surgery on July 17th...Anyone know?

    mine had me take them every day except day of surgery & was back on them the day after
