I dont substitute! Ill just end up eating whatever it was anyway. I either give in or ignore the craving depending on a number of factors like whether i can cut back elsewhere in my day to allow calories

Protein bars are a great sweet treat but you have to watch the calories some are high.

Also fat free pudding.

sugar free candy .. just count the carbs tho :)

ATkins has a line of bars that are sugar free,there is a snicker type,baby Ruth type, peanutbutter cup type,almond joy type etc.so delicious but still should be eaten occasionally.and since it's sugar substitue you wanna eat not over indulge because not only is it a lot if calories but too much sugar substitute has a laxative affect.
