I had my EGD this morning and on the way home I got the call that insurance approved my surgery!!! Everything is final and can finally be excited.

It's a great feeling! I'm always negative so I though they would deny me. Two weeks from today my new life begins.

I am so happy for you. I am the same way worrying about being denied by insurance. I have my sleep study scheduled in July. My pshyc visit schedule in July and my first visit with the surgeon is the 28th of this month. I am making myself a nervous wreck. Isn't it sad when you hope you have enough wrong with you, to be approved for surgery? lol
