Too Much Too Fast?

So all my adult life I've complained that I can not lose weight and suddenly I think I may b losing too much too fast.....should I be worried? I am 6 days post op and have lost 15 lbs. I'm drinking my protein and usually can get in 1/2 cup of cream soup in a day. Feeling ok just a little concerned....

That's normal for your first week and you're just doing fluids now. More than likely when you start mushies it will slow down. You may even start to gain. Again, nothing unusual. So, don't be concerned you're doing well. Congratulations!!!

Perfectly normal! You're not getting a ton of calories, for sure. Just follow doctor's orders, and you'll be fine!

Thanks ladies! I appreciate the responses

Not sure if you are counting pre Op loss if you were on a liquid diet. The first 10 pounds or so is Water weight now is the hard part.

I would stay with egg whites no yolk. There are a lot of fat and cals in one egg yolk. Veggies should be less than 75 cals per serving.

Are you doing any exercise? Most doctors say minimum of 30 minutes per day. I'm at restriction do 1.5-2.5 hours moderate cardio a day and loose let than 1 pound per week.
