    As a mom of 3 with a 40+hr work week (52hrs this week alone)....I find exercise on the bottom of my to do list more often than not. I really need to lose this bad habit! So my fellow banders...any tips?

    Thank you guys¡ I have taken all of your positive qoutes and some pictures of girls in shape and a few inspiring outfits I'd love to wear and pinned them next to my mirror. Food is definatately not a probkem I eat just fine. Time to tone however. Day 2 of. Fitting exercise in and going to start getting up an hour earlier to squeeze it in. I really wish this site would stick to advice and positive remarks we are here to help one another not to judge. Im always afraid to post due to some of what some people think they need to say.

    Thank you to those with suggestions of motivation. And I do not get a lunch break nor am I entitled to one. I am not making excuses. I do not get a lunch break simple as that. I appreciate everyones kind words and suggestions.

    Band Not Working.

    So.I have had my band since June 6th.....and its been doing great started at 243 and am currently at 203. These last two weeks tho I feel as if I can eat what I want with no problems or even as much as I want as if my band suddenly stopped working. Any ideas? I can't see my dr until next month. :/

    Thank u everyone for your advice. I am not eating more than I should as hard as it is. I think a full is much needed.
  9. No way you are doing great....never compare your weight loss with someone elses we are all different. 29 lbs in 3 mos.is amazing!
  10. Ok here my update its been awhile.... Banded 6/6/12 Weighed 243 Todays weight 209 :-) Very happy with my progress. Currently have 5.5 ccs in my band. This is much easier than.I originally thought and I'm very happy with it.

    Loving these ideas....keep em coming. I don't think I in the green zone either so this is helping a lot. Posted this thread because kiddos and I were late the other day and in a rush to leave I left my lunch......ate half a sandwich from the deli with no.cheese or mayo.....think I did ok bug really missed having my veggies right there.

    Protein Shakes

    I believe my protein shakes.are causing a lot of bloating...very uncomfortable bloating at that.....anyone else experiance this or find a product that does not. Currently.using premier and unjury.

    Thanks guys ....... I did ask the nurse at my Drs ofc and she suggested switching to different brand until I found something that didn't bother me......I also was reading that protein shakes mess w hormone levels and that could be causing the bloating.....gonna try water instead of almond milk or reg milk and see how that does......really don't want to keep switching they are not exactly cheap. Thanks for the advice!
