Pain After Eating

I was banded 3 weeks ago and I noticed that sometimes I get this cramp on my left side by my navel. What causes this and what is it???

    I don't know what that might be. Today for the first time, I was having like a pinch pain right where I can feel the band below my ribcage on the left side of my abdominal area. What in the world is that I am thinking..all of a sudden..it is intermittent as it pinches and stops for a while then pinches...at first I thought it was like the pain I had from an ulcer twelve years ago after my original RNY WLS...hopefully this will pass...hope yours does too...

    I experience the same thing, for me it's gas. I try to eat some papaya enyzme tablets after a meal, it helps. Otherwise GasX is great too.

    I get a strong localised pain right by my navel just before I'm about to pb. If I get it, the food's coming up, it never happens without that, but perhaps you are a bit stuck or take too big a bite and that's your symptom?
