  1. Today I was able to eat some beef and vegetable soup.I just have time remember to chew.
  2. I had my 3rd fill on Monday. Now I have 5cc in a 10cc band and everything Is hard goIng done. So now I'm only eating soup and drinking.
  3. Well now I have 5cc in my band surgery was May 15th and I've lost 35lbs.
  4. My band makes noises when I've waited to long to eat. But I don't think I've ever been full
  5. Sometimes I don't know if I'm full or hungry, banded May 15. Please help!!!!!!!
  6. Myfitnespal said I was putting my body in starvation mode. How do I get out????? I must admit I don't exercise as much as I should, but I work 5 12 ur shifts a week so I'm tired. I guess I'm rushing in it.
  7. Lmbo, my diet consist mainly of a protein shake in the morning at 530 before work. At 730 2 boiled egg whites and a banana. Lunch at 1130 a grilled chicken breast with 1 onion and 1 tomato. At 430 a chobani Greek yogurt. At 8 when o get off work maybe a piece of chicken or fish and some green vegetables. And I always drink 30 minutes after each meal and only water.SO WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. I'm still getting hungry every 4 hours before the 2nd fill it was every 3 hours. I hope and pray that I lose some weight by my appointment next month, if I don't it would probably kill me.
  9. I think I've put my body in starvation mode according to myfitness pal. I barely eat 800 calories a day. My surgeon says the protein shakes are good
  10. I now have 4.5cc in my band couldn't hold water down with 5cc. Feeling bad because I haven't lost any weight since my 1st fill on 6/14. I'm eating small portion, staying away from carbs and sweets, drinking them nasty protein shakes. And I'm exercising not as much as I should, please HELP!
  11. My first fill was 6/14, 2cc was added to total 3cc. It wasn't painful at all, just like when they draw labs. I'm only hungry when I wake up in the morning. I can feel a difference with food going down if I don't chew enough
  12. I was banded on May 15th and I've lost 22lbs, 1st fill today and I can't wait until I weigh myself next month.

  15. Why is it now when I lay on my right side my stomach hurts where my band is? Or it feels like I have a huge cramp?
  16. Banded on May 15th lost 13lbs o liquid diet, and 9lb more after surgery with no fill or restriction. So my walk has gotten a lot more sass, with a whole lot of hip moving. Watch out world cuz I'm cute in the face, smaller in the waist and thick in the thighs, now watch me ride!

  18. The shoulder pain is gas. You need Gas-X,hot tea and walk as much as you can. The incentive spirometer should be used at least 10 times a hour while awake, at least for 3-4. It helps to keep your lung clear.
  19. You need to take some nausea medication. Drink some juice, you may need a little bit of sugar
  20. I get that feeling after I eat and when I lie down. I don't know what it is, but it's very uncomfortable.
  21. I was banded 3 weeks ago and I noticed that sometimes I get this cramp on my left side by my navel. What causes this and what is it???
  22. It's 2sublingual pill. I got it from Walmart and it's a big difference.
  23. You need some fiber, get some metamucil
  24. Had surgery on May 15th and my energy just came back on June1st thanks to vitamin B-12. 1st day back to work May 31st but on light duty, I'm a labor and delivery nurse. Not an easy job after surgery.
