Coffee Question!

Is everyone still drinking decaf coffee? I feel like I'm drinking enough fluids that I should be peeing a little more frequently and I feel super bloated and waterlogged all the time. I'm thinking about going back to regular coffee?

Thoughts? Imput?

Please and thanks!

Regular coffee first thing in the morning then switch to decaf.

I drink regular coffee. My nutritionist said as long as I’m meeting my water intake for the day I can treat myself but not to replace water with my coffee. Enjoy

The antioxidants in coffee are great for you! Black coffee is best for nutritional reasons. The caffine can affect your weight loss so keep it as minimal as possible.

Thank you all for responding! I'm definitely going to try putting some protein party in my regular coffee :)
