One of my most important ones would be to enjoy falling from one size to the next size in clothing. That puts a smile :D to my face just thinking about it. My pocket book is frowning!

Me too. I can't wait for shopping to be fun, instead of torture!

  • 1 month later...

My NSV goals:

To feel comfortable in my own body.

To like the way I look in clothing.

To be able to run around the soccer field with my son (who is very talented).

To be able to buy normal/single digit clothing.

To be able to wear sundresses

To be able to wear tall socks without them looking like the threads are holding on for dear life.

To be able to wear boots

To be able to slide into a pair of LA Idol jeans and look amazing!

To hear, "You look great, what have you been doing"

To avoid all the complications that come with being overweight.

To not look like a chunky in my drivers license photo

To not look like a chunky in my drivers license photo

Love this one. I think after I lose my weight I will get a new drivers license. I want a new photo... and for once, I won't lie about my weight on there. ha!

How is everyone doing with their NSVs? Any positive experiences to share? I'd love to hear them!

I can now check these off of my list:

Being able to ride a roller coaster... I did this on July 8 and it felt amazing.

Having more energy... I have a lot more stamina than I used to, more than some of my thinner friends. lol

Being able to shop at a regular store... I am an XL in tops (L in stores that fit bigger), and am able to get into XL pants. Bought size 16 jeans at target.

Crossing my legs

Shopping at Victorias Secret... I had always wanted to buy a VS PINK sweatsuit. I know its silly but this week I tried on a hoodie and sweatpants in the largest size... it fit. I did a happy dance in the fitting room!! I decided not to buy it, but it felt good.

I look forward to accomplishing my other goals. I still have a lot of weight left to lose but am happy with the little progress.
