I've started doing flutter kicks. I have the low belly to work on, too! Hopefully, the flutter kicks help.

check you tube, so many good exercises there.

I just did a wicked workout doing sit ups in a ball 5 reps of 10. Then leg lifts straight up on a bar ouch. My fitness pal says I should see ab changes in two weeks, also low carb.

Try pilates. It has helped me.

Kat

I get to try Pilates this Thursday and boy do I need to work on my tummy! I'm now excited about this.
