Is This Normal Or Am I Too Tight?

I had a feel about 2 weeks ago and all went well. I did the post fill instructs no problem. This is my 4th fill. Anyhow, everything was going good until this weekend. I can’t hardly hold anything down. I have the “stuck” feeling constantly. Could I be too tight two weeks after a fill?

Fills can take at least a week to really kick in. Also, you can get tighter from stress, exercise, too much salt in your diet, etc. Try going on liquids for a few days and reintroducing mushy foods into your diet again. If you are still too tight you may want to consider getting some fluid out.

Sounds like you need an unfill.

Guy...thanks for posting that. I had not even thought about salt-intake affecting the band.

I had a fill the other day and I can barely eat. Even liquid is slow to go down. I am glad for the post and idea about mushies, I forgot about them!
