Intro

I would like to introduce myself, my name is Graham and i had my lap band operation November 2nd 2011 and i have lost around 83lbs i started at 306lbs im around 223;bs right now.

    welcome graham.. wowie.. ur doing awesome. im glad ur doing well.. any tips you'd liek to share with us? i was banded on feb 22nd 2012.. and thus far ive lost 27 lbs.
