Exercise.

Hope everyone is recovering from the surgery. I have a questions on exercise or walking the treadmill. I started walking the treadmill on Monday and don't know if that is currently enough exercise, my surgery was on March 16th. I am walking the treadmill for 30 min at a 1% incline. Anyone have any recommendations? my weight loss this week has not been more than a pound.
