Just Out If Surgery!

Finally in my room. Surgery was a success. So far only one minor issue of pain n it quickly alleviated with painkillers. I was told I can leave today if I can pee a certain amt, drink n walk. But I definitely want to stay the night! God forbid I have pain at home n can't manage!

Had my surgery today at 10:30 and the Nurse had me walking the parking lot before I left (less than 2 hours later). I was instructed to walk for 5 minutes every hour or more if able to speed up the healing process.

I was groggy at first, but I spent the afternoon walking around Cabela's on the way home from the Surgery Center. Once I got home, I was restless so I walked a couple of blocks around the neighborhood. About to head back out and walk along side my daughter while she rides her bike. I feel surprisingly good.

Msec you are after my heart. I would love to wander a Cabela's under the guise of recovery. I will have to settle for a Costco trip tomorrow, early before the crowd. Hang in there everyone, so glad to read good reports.

How great! I'm about to go for a walk around my neighborhood now. The gas is starting to bother for sure. N I didn't get a chance to pick up anything for it. I'm glad u are moving along so quickly!
