After a few unexpected bumps ( my employer changed insurance companies for the new year causing new requirements to be met) I have been approved for surgery!!

Surgery is for 3/29/12 and I can't wait. Have started my two week pre surgery high protein diet as of 3/15/12. Can't wait for this next phase to start!!

Its ok keep in mind the long term goal a healthy life. I lost 220 lbs so i know

wow ! excited for you ! ive only been banded 3 months but still feel it was an excellent decision. being banded has been extremely smooth all the way, down 25 lbs so far. hope all goes well for you !
