It greatly depends on your age and how much weight you have to lose. If you're younger and don't have tons of weight to lose, you may get lucky. However if you're older with hundreds to lose, it's pretty likely you'll have excess skin after.

Sadly there's no way to guarantee it either way. All you can do is work out to tone and pray for the best.

Thanks mis

There are a couple opinions: the slower you loose, the younger you are and / or if you exercise you will be less likely to have excess skin. During my lifetime I have lost 100 pounds (only to regain) and have not had loose skin. Now at 42, including a period before surgery I have lost about 165 pounds. My only loose skin per se is under my chin. I am a slow looser but I do exercise daily for an hour sometimes twice a day.

Do some over head lifts and arm exercises... that will help.

I started my weight loss at 41 and lost slowly... (85lb). My arms and legs did great... my stomach on the other hand didn't.... so 4 weeks ago tomorrow i had my tummy tuck....

When i went for my consult he looked at my arms, legs and back and said.... you don't need any thing done here.

Breast reduction and lift ... next.

Good luck
