Calorie Intake.

Hello fellow banders! I hope you are all doing well!

I would like to start off by saying that I've lost a total of 103 lbs so far since my banding! Wahoo! My doctor tells me he'd still like for me to lose around 37 more pounds before I maintain my weight but I have a question for you all:

How many calories should I be taking in? I exercise 4-5 times per week and I use the MyFitnessPal app on my phone (and website). I know that our bodies are different than other people now that we've made our life changes but I'm curious as to how many cals I should try to hit. I'm striving to try to get the last bit of this weight off before fall and I just want to make sure I'm eating like I should to stay healthy.

Tips and advice are very much welcome! Thanks for reading!

How many calories are you eating now? Also how how do they break down protein, fat, carbs. When you exercise how many minutes is it per day?

my surgeon put me on 800 per day - i've stuck to that most days - but really your dr./nutritionist should be setting your calories- according to most on here 800 is on the low side - most seem to do 1000 per day - with 60+ g of protein.

same question in 2 posts,,, trainer said 900 was too low to burn cal?? totaly lost
