Hunger, Full, Or Overfull???

I had my surgery Monday and I am still having this pain that comes and goes just below my breastbone and into my chest. It comes without a reason, meaning drinking or not, active or not. It lasts less than a minute and is almost like a "contraction" feeling. Any ideas?

could be gas, which is normal.

Im a month out and still get that feeling; for me its most definitely gas. I try and burp but usually to no avail...it passes after a moment.
