Why Do I Eat Like That!!

Hello Friends I am eating alot! But get full quickey! Small portions, very small. I seem to get hungry almost every 3hrs, But one good thing I chois healthy foods! Is that normal!!

This is normal for me. I eat very small meals but several times a day. The doc said it was working for me to do this way then far be it from them to change what is working. My issue is I still fill my plate like I dont have a band. Oh well. Good luck.

3 hours between eating is not bad. That's about how far I go. My surgeon says snacking is brainless eating. If I need to eat between meals due to hunger, then a planned bit of nutritious food is not snacking.

My doctor suggested that I stop thinking of meals and snacks. It's fine to eat every 3 to 4 hours, but I should spread my planned daily food over 5 or 6 portions rather than 3. I try to aim for 1000 calories per day so I try keep that in mind when planning my daily menu.
