Awkward Question About Protein Shakes..

Ever since I started working Protein shakes into my diet (official pre-op diet starts next Wednesday..!) I've had some serious stomach upset issues. I'm wondering if this is normal/ happens a lot, or no? I'm really worried considering I'm only having it as 1 Meal Replacement right now, I can't even imagine what next week will bring when I'm having them 3+ times a day! Please tell me this is normal and my tummy will adjust =/

(Sorry for the TMI!)

Me too, especially if I have it first thing in the morning with nothing else in my system.

all that Protein gives me gas..not sure if that is what you are experiencing...maybe try some benefiber with it?

Are you using to much Protein Powder when you make your shakes? If I use to much protein powder it makes my stomach upset. Hopefully you can find something that will work for you.

That sounds horrible , I really hope you find something that works for you!
