Port Site Problems

I had the lapband on 12/29/11. 12 hours post op I got a hematoma at my port site, it was ugly. Today the site is bleeding black old blood and feels warm. The doctor wasn't concerned about the blood, but I am concerned about the warmth which is new. Anyone else have this happen?

    Sorry! I haven't heard of that before. Keep us up dated. Have you called Dr about warmth? That can be sign of infection.

    i'm going to call the doctor tomorrow. I work in healthcare and am around germs all the time, although I haven't worked since the surgery, I still worry about an infection.
