My fitness pal.

My fitness pal.

I have "MyNetDiary" on my I-phone.

Tracks everything I want, has a large database for foods, can also scan barcodes for things I eat.

MyNetDiary.com

I used to use livestrong online and my iPhone, but saw most were using myfitnesspal so I decided to try it and found I like it better. I can actually see what amount of protein/carbs whatever I've eaten right on my phone. Had to go online to see that on livestrong.

So yeah myfitnesspal all the way. Lol

I LOVE the app MyFitnessPal! I have been using it since the start of my journey and so far it has helped me stay accountable and gave me great encouragement as it reminds you if you have not logged on and all the friends on it! LOVE IT!

Thank u everyone!

fatsecret.com is great and you can put it on your iphone. I love that you can type in a barcode number and get the EXACT nutritional counts!
