Ok..so last night I had bad heart burn, this morning every-time I shallow I have a sharp pain in my throat that leads down my upper back right between my shoulder blades?????? Anyone ever have this feeling? I know I'm not sick, it's not the type of common sore throat pain. Any help please, I hate to bother my Doctor on his off time :(

Bother your doctor that is what he gets paid for. Those questions are not for us to answer it could be something serious. Call him/her they get paid to be on call 24 hours 7 days a week. I dont get why people dont want to call your doctors its not bothering them it may save you from something aweful just call him.

to. I'd go back to liquids for a day or so, until you can get in touch with some one. If it goes away in a

day of so, you're probably OK, but don't let it go. The pain in your back is probably referred pain

from somewhere else. Hopefully your doctor can tell you where.

sounds like reflux to me...my husband has it really bad and has complained with those same symptoms. Definitely should see the doc though

Sounds like reflux to me. I have the same problems and pepcid AC has really helped. That's what my doctor suggested. You could try that for a day or two and see if the pain goes away. Mine did :-) hope you feel better. I understand the exact pain/discomfort you're going through.
