i havent had my surgery yet but i was wondering how long would i have to wait for i could bowl on my friday nite league

I had a 10 pound weight lifting restriction foe4 Weeks after surgery. So unless ur ball is that heavy u can just go on how u feel..u should always refer to ur doc though.

I, also, have 10 lb restriction. I just had an adjustment. I am waiting 1 1/2 weeks. If i find it too difficult, I will "blind" myself after the 1st game. But, talk to your surgeon, he/she will give you your answer, best! I am only restricted to whatever I feel like I can do as far as activity. But, I have been banded for 2 years, and am at goal! That might make a difference in the answer, too! Good luck, Karen
