it's been a year and a half since my last fill well after gaining 40lbs i went back to my dr.and he measured it and gave me a small fill that day i had a sore throat and didn't think much of it cause sometimes when it happens it goes a way in a day or two and im fine well it is worse today and i don't feel good so it must be a cold . i cant drink or eat i only managed to drink a small gatorade and i sipped on it most of the day tried coffee and hot tea nothing helps i just pb it.my question is how long should i stick this out i am thinking a day or two if it don't improve at all

my dr.was really nice he just went over the rules and eating plan and exercise and gave me a fill

i am going to go see the doctor monday the 17th.hope he gives me a fill

it's been a year and half seens my last dr.visit and i have gained 35lbs back i keeped trying to lose on my own and i just keeped gaining and i want to go to my dr.and get a fill but im afraid he will chew me out and maybe that is what i need to get me back on track so the question is has anyone went back to their doctor after a big gain?and if so what happened?i'm sure it depends on your dr.some can be asses.

mine never told me to ever go on liquids after a fill then again he never tells me much at all i get all my info online

how long should someone do liquids

love chris he's from extreme weightloss not biggest loser and he also has great workout dvd i have them both the workout out is a great beginner dvd and bootcamp really works you out good

i agree with everyone else makes no sense at all i wasnt losing much at all till i started walking fast and jogging and i love it .

never really thought about it , everything everyone posted sounds good

i've only had 2 fills,they r every 4 wks.started 4 wks after surgery

i like natural valley peanut butter dark cho.protein bars,190 cal,10 protein,14 carb.they fill me up and im only 6wk post op and i use them as a meal or a snack dont know if my dr allows them of not but i love them and i only eat one a day sometimes twice but thats not very often.

has anyone tried bio oil and if so how long after surgery did u start using and does it work good?and if not bio oil what else did you use for stretch marks and scars that worked good?

for me its chips i cant just eat a just one pk.thats why i dont think im going to b able to ever eat them again cause everytime i do i go overboard

im sorry ur brother treated you like that,it was a couple of days for anyone called and checked up on me.so i know it can hurt when ppl that should care enough to check up on u dont.

no i was 8 days post op when i did it and it didnt sting at all

i used alcohol on mine i asked my dr first and he said ok, i used a cotton ball and rubbed it till it came off

thanks everyone your comments helped alot i'll just have to keep trying harder i feel good about having the band i know it takes time for good things to happen.
