  6. i like natural valley peanut butter dark cho.protein bars,190 cal,10 protein,14 carb.they fill me up and im only 6wk post op and i use them as a meal or a snack dont know if my dr allows them of not but i love them and i only eat one a day sometimes twice but thats not very often.
  7. has anyone tried bio oil and if so how long after surgery did u start using and does it work good?and if not bio oil what else did you use for stretch marks and scars that worked good?
  8. for me its chips i cant just eat a just one pk.thats why i dont think im going to b able to ever eat them again cause everytime i do i go overboard
  9. im sorry ur brother treated you like that,it was a couple of days for anyone called and checked up on me.so i know it can hurt when ppl that should care enough to check up on u dont.

  11. no i was 8 days post op when i did it and it didnt sting at all
  12. i used alcohol on mine i asked my dr first and he said ok, i used a cotton ball and rubbed it till it came off

  14. hi im 4 weeks post op and i get my first fill in 3 days and i havent lost anything and im ok with that cause i know first month is for healing and im doing good i havent gainned any weight but i was wondering when will i start losing i feel like im doing well with my food choices and my portion sizes.im not working out alot but i do walk alot at work only get to sit down at breaks.i know i need to workout more than i do for this to work.

  17. help!!!!!! my dr.said i can only have meat,veggies and fruit and no slider foods at all and i feel limited on my food opitions.he wants me to have 4 small meals a day and i have 3 of those at work.so.unless i eat the same thing all day day after day im not sure what to eat really i would love some idea's.
  18. im having the same problem i have no urge to pee and i make myself go not very much comes out.havent called the doc.yet and im having some discomfort lower belly.did you ever get yours worked out.
  19. no dont yank them off let them fall of or let dr deside if they need to come off with his help.

  21. me too libelly , im post op 4 days and i do not miss the hungry feeling at all i wish it could b this all the time but i know its going to pop up sooner or later
  22. im 4 days post op and im yet to feel hungry at all . so i have to agree with the others it might be gas.
  23. my surgery is 29th.also and ive been on the liquid diet of only 500cal.and i had my head hurt for four days off and on.so stick with it they go away
  24. my surgery is in two days im so excited thought i would b nervous but im not at least not yet anyway .....good luck to everyone
