So I was banded the end of June and I have been back to old eating habits. Sometimes I wish I had gastric bypass because there are so many foods that you can not eat. I have found that I can eat the same foods as before I was banded. Since I can eat them I have been cheating. I have not gained weight but I also have not lost weight in the past few months. So I decided it was time to get help. Before I had surgery I had to meet with an eating behavioralist and I did great, she is really good. Now I started to meet with her again. I am ashamed that I broke the rules but feel good that I am getting back on track and taking charge again.
