HELLO!!! I saw October and even December Bansters but no November...so I thought I would start the November Bansters! I called the Insurance company and I got a verbal approval. If all goes well I will be banded on November 14, 2011. Woo-hoo!! 11/11 will be the beginning of a WONDERFUL NEW LIFE!! I can't wait to do this for ME!!

Just want to tell everyone getting banded this week good luck! I start pre op diet Friday and wil be banded next Friday the 11th. Good luck all post when u can how ur doing and your surgery experience.

Since my band date is so close to November, I thought I would come over, and say Hy !, and ask how you all are doing ?

So,, how is everyone doing ?

4 more days. So many tests to get to this point. And still have to pass 2 more. Grrrrr :/ but this friday will mark the beginning of a new life

I just got my date today...Nov 18! I go back for my final appointment, classes, etc on the 7th. It's been a quick process since I started, but long overdue. I'm so excited for this change!

Sorry for the double post...

Today is the last Dr. appt before my BIG DAY next Tuesday - Election Day - I elect to make this huge change in my life. I am very excited.

Life is Good! But I have a feeling it's going to get even better!

Had my preop testing and saw my surgeon for the last time yesterday before the surgery. It seems like everything has been a blur now that I am at this point. I have a surgery date of November 10th and still haven't heard from my insurance. It was submitted on October 24th so I am hoping to hear soon. I really want to have this done next week and am hoping that I don't have to change my date. On monday I start my clear liquid diet and take a laxative on monday and tuesday. Good luck to everyone with their surgeries.

Nov 18th here... I REALLY wanted to get the surgery on my birthday (nov 15th) but my surgeon doesn't do surgery on Tuesdays lol.. Oh well!
