That's not good for you, at all !

You need to heel first... You could end up hurting yourself if you keep doing whatever you want.

You should have Protein shakes ! Protein helps kill the hunger...

Not all the way, but it helps deaden it, so your not starving that bad.

Sip on them threw out the day. It should help, until you get to the mushie stage.

It's normal to feel hungry, but don't give in. It's really not good for you. I'm not going to pretend that I have this crazy amount of willpower, but I honestly didn't cheat during liquid phase. Are you drinking Protein shakes?

You can do this! :-)

Omg chicken casserole? When did you get banded? I ate some mashed potatoes about 5 minutes ago and I'm not suppose to until Saturday. I know that was wrong, but I feel your hunger pains. I'm not getting my Proteins like I need to, but I'm trying. I hope that things better for the both of us.

Space out your liquids. I did the soup and then an hour or so later have the protein shake. Helps with the hunger both physical and mental.
