When was your surgery? How many ounces of water do you think you're drinking during the day?

Me neither.

Have you been checked for diabetes. Excessive thirst is one of the signs?

If your drinking the Protein shakes or increased protein in your diet it will cause drymouth and thrist. Something to do with your body processing the protein.

Are you on medication that could cause you to be thirsty? I would up your water intake. My dr recommends 1-2 gallons a day... Closer to two gallons if we can.

I am thirsty all the time too. No diabetes. I drink over 80 oz. of fluid daily and yet, my last blood work shows that i need more fluid. I pee constantly, to the point that it has affected my rating as a teacher. I gave up so much fluid during the day, to cut back on bathroom runs, that I now am up 3 or 4 times a night to go.

Nothing shows up in my bloodwork to account for the excessive thirst.
